The Justice garden area looks at the old French building – the workplace of officials and civil servants of the Supreme People’s Court. This building has been ranked by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as a National Architectural Monument on December 13, 2019.
Located in the center of Justice Garden is a fountain with the word “Tam” in the middle.
The two buildings are designed symmetrically through the central axis, creating a balance, meeting the aesthetic requirements of the building.
The large hall area is designed with a large patterned stone floor in the middle of the room.
The courtroom of the Judges of the Supreme People’s Court is on the 6th floor of the building. The ceiling of the courtroom is the dome top of the building, taking natural light with the meaning that the Court’s trial is independent, public and transparent.
The large hall can accommodate requirements for about 600 people, serving important domestic and international meetings.
Large hall ceiling arranged 2 sky wells to get natural light from the Justice Garden. Above the skylight is an automatic light-blocking system.
The courtroom of the 5 Judges of the Supreme People’s Court is on the first floor.
With the headquarters at 48 Ly Thuong Kiet, the new headquarters of the Supreme People’s Court is put into use, which will ensure working places for the affiliated units.
