THE 29TH CEREMONY OF LOA THANH AWARD
On the morning of 25th November, the Loa Thanh Award 2017 held by Vietnam Federation of Civil Engineering Associations, Vietnam Association of Architects, Ministry of Construction and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union together with the participation of Sieu Chung Ky Joint Stock Company in the role of a sponsor took place successfully at the Temple of Literature (Hanoi).
This year, there were 114 projects submitted from 23 universities from all over the country. The jury board awarded 48 official prizes, including: 4 first prizes, 19 second prizes and 25 third prizes.
The organizing committee of Loa Thanh Award evaluated the quality of the submitted projects, especially the projects in architecture and planning to be much better than it was in previous years, in which the themes were quite diverse and close to the reality.
Through this award, Sieu Chung Ky Joint Stock Company- the sponsor of the award wished to contribute to encourage students in architecture and construction to be more confident on the way to create the works in accordance with the need for realities of society as well as enable creative ideas, new and unique themes, application of new technologies and community orientation.
