On March 09th 2019, Sieu Chung Ky Joint Stock Company organized a new year trip for nearly 100 people, including leaders and employees of Head Office in Hanoi and Branch of SCK in Ho Chi Minh City to Khanh Long Pagoda (An Ninh Village, La Son Commune, Binh Luc District, Ha Nam Province) and to Nhu Thi That Pagoda at 25 Binh Long, Phu Thanh, Binh Tan, Ho Chi Minh City. 

This trip is for sightseeing and praying for peace to all members of SCK and families.

At Khanh Long Pagoda, leaders and employees of SCK joined in the peace ceremony of the beginning of the year to wish the SCK family and their relatives a peaceful and happy new year, praying for Mr. Nguyen Van Tuyen (one of the SCK members) to pass over and be recovered quickly after the motorbike accident.

After the ceremony, at Khanh Long Pagoda, the leaders and employees listened to His Holiness the Thich Man Dinh – the abbot of the Pagoda, sharing the Buddhist origin, the relationship between Buddhism and Architecture, answering questions: “What is the mind?” or “What is the inner feeling?”, giving the method to help each person get the peace of mind, happiness and the way to solve the work in a most positive and effective way.

The talk at Nhu Thi That Pagoda by the abbot – Nun Nhu Tuong with the topic of “Dharma with life” helped all members of SCK have a broader view of the correlation between Buddha’s truth enlightened with everyday life. Nun Nhu Tuong also shared practical advice for leaders and employees to lead a good life, explaining about human personality and showing the importance of connection in a collective, thereby asserting that each person plays a certain role in life and is worthy of recognition.

This is not only a trip of spirituality but also a “glue” to connect the solidarity and an unforgettable memory of the SCK leaders and employees.
