HAPPINESS WHEN STILL FACE THE PRESSURE
Sieu Chung Ky – Sometimes you have to face pressure at work. For instance: you don’t win a new contract, you produce a wrong production or you can’t catch your working-progressing in time… All of them are overwhelming which makes you lose your direction.
No one wants to be under pressure. But stresses or even failures are the natural things in our life. Because no one can succeed if they don’t experience failures. There is also no peace without going through thunderstorms.
We believe that failures help us understand our key points of strengths or weaknesses. The failures will create many chances to let us experience ourselves. If we don’t live near the sea, we won’t know fish’s habits. If we don’t live near the mountain, we won’t feel the voice of birds.
The more pressures we face, the more perseverance we get. Why don’t we transform failures into opportunities?
Firstly, we need to accept our failures. When we allow them to be in our lives, it means we will adapt to them and know how to pass through. It is evident that you are a realistic mind and confident to face your problems. Don’t try to blame fate or get rid of it. Don’t deceive yourself with a forced smile.
Instead of dabbling in the pain of failure, we should take time to determine what is the cause and which goals need to be adjusted. At the same time, we need to continue to invest ourselves with both professional knowledge and problem-solving skills. Seeing difficulties is only temporary which is an optimistic and positive attitude. If we fail today, it does not mean we will fail tomorrow.

Failure is a valuable lesson that only you can learn for yourself. As architect Zaha Hadid said:
“There are 360 degrees. Why stick to one?”
Instead of just staring at the tip of the iceberg (stresses, failures), try to contemplate whether the sinking rest helps you to contemplate valuable lessons after each stumble? Do you develop a sense of discipline for yourself or wait for others to impose it? Are you willing to dare to escape from cover and limit to rise?
Between work and life, we should take time to understand ourselves and listen to our feelings of real happiness. It is happiness even when facing pressure or motivation to continue to achieve future goals.
