LEARN HOW TO KEEP MOTIVATED
Recently, Mr. Phan Quoc Vinh, Chairman of SCK, visited the construction site at the Project of Interior Construction of the Supreme People’s Court Of Vietnam.
This is a key project signed with the investor of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company in the items of wall furniture, wooden doors, wooden floors, sound absorption. The project is expected to be completed on September 10, 2020.
The leaders have checked and evaluated the actual working progress at the site and paid special attention to the occupational safety issue of workers. At the same time, listen directly to ideas to give specific directions and encourage the working spirit of the employees.
The representative of the leader’s board also reported on the actual project implementation, shared difficulties and proposed remedial measures. Each individual always proactively updates the situation, promptly replenishing manpower in the urgent period and correcting the shortcomings between design and reality.
Although the working conditions are not ideal due to many contractors working together, SCK people always try their best to find the best plan to ensure on schedule. In particular, SCK people also keep the spirit of optimism to have more fun and motivation at work.
