SCK STARTS WITH A NEW PROJECT “NOVAWORLD HO TRAM”

Sieu Chung Ky ., JSC has just received the winning letter from the Investor Ngan Hiep Real Estate .,JSC about the new project “Novaworld Ho Tram”.

Accordingly, we are going to undertake the design and install interior 6/12 villas with expected finishing progress in only 5 months.

Novaworld Ho Tram has an area of more than 1.000 hectares. It is located in Binh Chau, Ba Ria-Vung Tau. This is a project which is luxury tourism and entertainment of Novaland Group.

At the beginning of 2021, we are believed by Investors to implement important projects. For instance:

  • “Sapa Lady Hill Luxury Resort” is invested by Binh Tien Consumer Goods Manufacturing Company Limited (BITI’S).
  • “Complex of office buildings and villas for rent BRG” is invested by Orient Investment and Development Company Limited (under BRG Group).
