SIEU CHUNG KY JOINT STOCK COMPANY JOINED THE CONFERENCE OF THE PROJECT “VIETNAMESE – DENMARK VOCATIONAL TRAINING COOPERATION”
On 21 March, 2019, in Hanoi, the Conference of the project “Vietnamese – Denmark Vocational training cooperation” was held to summarize the first phase and start the second phase, with the participation of management representatives from the Danish Embassy in Vietnam, the Danish Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam (MoLISA), the Vietnam General Department of Vocational Education, schools and enterprises, including representatives of Sieu Chung Ky Joint Stock Company (SCK., JSC).
Within the framework of this program, education is a separate strategic cooperation area between Vietnam and Denmark. The “Career Education” project in furniture and graphic design sector implemented at 4 vocational colleges was initiated in January 2017 and ended in 2019. SCK was invited to attend the program to get more detailed information about the project, as well as opportunities for cooperation in the second phase (from 2019 to 2021). Accordingly, SCK will participate in the role of adviser on materials for schools, having SCK experts to be lecturers and receiving students for participating in an internship.
Continuing to focus on vocational education in schools and enterprises will provide job opportunities for young people, helping to build a knowledgeable and skilled workforce, especially in furniture and graphic design.
