PERSEVERANCE OF SCK’S WOMEN
Vietnamese Women’s Day is an occasion for women to have time to take care of themselves and relax with their families. But SCK’s women are still present in a crowded place of pressure and challenges.
The spirit of SCK’s women

Construction and interiors are industries that require creative thinking and delicate feeling. From the impressive designs on the drawings, SCK women have realized the works with ingenuity and meticulousness to detail.
SCK women are also aware of the difficulties in choosing this career. Sometimes they are unhealthy, but because of work, we have to travel day and night through many construction sites or come in contact with all kinds of machinery.
No matter what, SCK women still encourage each of them with the belief: The more fierce life, the stronger the vitality will rise and shine.
The bravery of the Leader Women of SCK
SCK women look like any beautiful flowers. They are always brilliant in any situation. That is the hidden bravery beauty behind the inherent tenderness.
Ms. Phan Thi Song Hanh is “the eldest sister” who manages and solves all the problems of the project. She directly operated work sources. She was also not afraid to work overtime to encourage workers to try to complete their tasks. Wherever there is work, there is her appearance.
SCK also has other “wonder women” that always take on responsibility for the job. It is Ms. Pho, who directly managed the design team, planned production for large bidding packages and controlled the quality of the source of goods from factories. That is Ms. Thuy, who was in charge of negotiating and dealt with important partners to solve financial problems and new contracts.
SCK women’s perseverance is also evident in the two leaders of the Son Hai and Long Hau factories. Ms. Binh or Ms. Vi are still operating the factory day and night and managing hundreds of workers to ensure the production of quality goods in key projects.
Inspiration in each other
Despite the overwhelmed work, the leader women are always interested in employees from unexpected birthday parties at the construction site, or the mid-autumn festival at the factory. Their kindness and thoughtfulness are a source of encouragement to help everyone feel secure to work.
Thereby, SCK women have the opportunity to push up their inherent qualities, are willing to work hard and always support each other from the smallest things.

Because women can now take on jobs that are not inferior to their male counterparts.
However, inside them always hides a pure soul, a love with the beauty and delicate feelings. They also keep the family warm and keep inspiration for work. Therefore, they deserve to be loved.
There are many definitions of happiness. For SCK women, happiness simply creates the most memorable moments with bright and warm smiles. We wish SCK women always happy and young to enjoy this October 20th holiday together.
