Youth imprints throughout the journey to conquer ambitions. The Youth of Sieu Chung Ky (SCK) is a mark of enthusiasm, creativity, not afraid to engage in challenges to perfect themselves.
SCK’s youth imprint on each project
When we came to the TNG Nam Dinh Hotel project, SCK workers were carefully installing the fabric wall, closing the door brace and meticulously gluing floor paper, tiling, constructing ceilings to cleaning the premises. This is a key project that SCK signed with Nam Dinh Information Technology – Electronics Joint Stock Company in the package of interior construction.
SCK people are representatives of the young generation, always conscious and responsible for their work. They have energy, enthusiasm, and dare to face challenges. They affirm their capacity through innovative thinking with the spirit of learning to perfect themselves.
The SCK’s youth also depicts portraits of people with more than 20 years of experience. They are willing to share knowledge, pass on motivations to young people with the desire for a generation to take the initiative, ignite the fire of courage and cope with difficulties.
Two different generations but have a close inheritance relationship. Because they understand the importance of connection. Each SCK person is an essential factor linked by understanding. This is one of the core values of SCK team development from its inception. “Shine” the young imprint before the challenge
When the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, businesses faced a fierce battle. According to the report on the labor and employment situation in the first 6 months of 2020 of the General Statistics Office, this period has the highest unemployment rate in the past 10 years. Accordingly, nearly 69,000 businesses suspend business and dissolve; 31 million workers are affected, of which 2.4 million people lose their jobs in the group of workers with low professional qualifications.
At the time of social isolation, many construction enterprises had to operate in moderation, had no new projects and forced staff cuts. SCK people also face the risk of unemployment. If they do not quickly adapt and seize opportunities, they are easily dismissed by talented youngsters or even with machines and technology.
Covid-19 is only a temporary social upheaval. It requires workers to find the right solutions to handle more workloads with high expertise. With a positive perspective, young people will transform these difficulties into opportunities to forge willpower, train bravery and awaken creativity. Once you understand yourself and know the work to be done, efficiency and productivity will not be delayed.
SCK is a team that is not afraid to “live together” with pressure or not ideal working conditions. They are ready to work in inclement weather, with loud mechanical hammers and smooth dust. They are constantly updating and improving their professional knowledge, and at the same time researching a reasonable construction plan to minimize risks and ensure on schedule.
It is difficult to describe the happiness of each SCK worker right after completing the project. They enjoy the results with only a satisfied smile to let go of the pressure and continue to the next project. All are imprinted on the youth journey of SCK.
Leadership try to rejuvenate to understand
The social upheaval is an appropriate time for SCK to restructure its business. Leadership “rejuvenation” is a positive signal to help each employee adapt to the “new state” with a positive spirit.
SCK leaders also continuously innovate to easily catch the trend and understand employees’ aspirations. From there, there is a basis for promoting young talents through human development policies or skill courses, improving professional qualifications.
SCK’s leaders and staff also regularly communicate and exchange. Reasonable and effective contributions will be considered regardless of position and rank. This helps each individual clearly define his or her role in order to continue to develop strengths.

The quote of Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple, has inspired millions of young people to learn to stay enthusiastic, not afraid to challenge and always engage in obstacles even though they have never been through.
