DISCOVER THE INSIDE OF THE VIETTEL HEAD OFFICE HOLDING 1,000 PEOPLE

In this project, Sieu Chung Ky Joint Stock Company (SCK) is a contractor who supply and install interior equipment for the basement and 8 floors of the headquarters. The project was completed in 2019.

The new Viettel headquarters is designed by Gensler design consulting company of America. This is the number 1 design consultancy in the world according to the prestigious World Architect organization. The building is inspired by the logo of Viettel – representing the brand, business philosophy and core values ​​of the Group. This work was officially started in the first quarter of 2018, constructed by Coteccons. After more than 1 year, the new headquarters building was put into operation.

In 2020, Viettel is in the top 30 most valuable telecommunications companies in the world, ranking 1st in Southeast Asia and 9th in Asia with a brand value of 5.8 billion USD. The Group also leads the list of the top 10 most valuable enterprises in Vietnam voted by Forbes.

Commensurate with the value and position of a leading corporation, Viettel has aggressively invested in building a new headquarters with impressive architecture, inspired by the company’s logo.

Located in Lot D26, Cau Giay New Urban Area (Hanoi), the project was designed by Gensler – an American company and officially built in the first quarter of 2018. The general contractor is Coteccons.

Viettel planned to build its headquarters in the direction of an office tower with 60 floors but then decided to build a unique construction plan as present. The entire roof of the building is covered with green, curved from the foot to the top of the roof.

After more than 1 year, Viettel headquarters was officially put into use, with a capacity of 1,000 people.

The architecture inside the building is also designed in an open and modern direction. Here, there are large and airy “pantry” areas, where employees rest or work freely. Free tea, coffee, or other beverages are also available.

Agile-style working space is flexible and airy, especially filled with trees to create connection between people. Equipment such as desktops and staff seats are modern and of high quality.

The headquarters building of Viettel is the first project in Vietnam to invest in a synchronous intelligent operating system, monitoring and control by audio – visual systems such as BGM background music system, division image coordination, meeting room management according to high standards and automatic lights and curtains.

The building has a separate floor for meeting space with medium-sized meeting rooms to corporate events, online meetings or public ceremonies.

This headquarters also has many subdivisions of cafeterias, serving individual lunch needs or organizing small events.

Another highlight is the culture of “happy time”. This is the time for all employees to stop work, get up to exercise, relax or eat a snack. This period lasts 15 minutes and usually takes place at 3:45 PM to 4 PM.

There is also a complex of physical and mental health care for employees. Viettel’s Military Medical Center will provide medical relaxation services from officially trained oriental and western doctors.
